Business analysts work across all levels of an organization to identify problems, set goals and define strategy to support continuous improvement in a business' technology and process infrastructure. Students learn the BABOK'R' tasks of measuring solution performance, analyzing the performance measures, assessing solution limitations, assessing enterprise limitations and all with the goal of recommending actions to increase solution value. Students utilize a variety of BABOK'R' techniques used in these tasks and define transition requirements, participate in discussion boards and complete business analysis work packages. Thus, assessing the performance and value delivered by a solution in use by the organization and recommending removal of barriers that prevent full realization of value.
