The ability to collaborate with all stakeholders is vital for a successful solution definition and implementation. Students utilize BABOK'R' techniques to prepare and conduct elicitation activities, learning stakeholder needs that are formed into requirements. Students learn elicitation techniques to confirm requirements and communicate them to stakeholders, thus managing stakeholder collaboration. Through a variety of theoretical lessons and practical activities, students acquire the necessary skills to help stakeholders understand the requirements and scope of a solution.
