Effective project managers are strategic in their approach to project planning. Students apply their knowledge of project management skills and theory to an independent, self-directed applied project. Students develop and present a project plan that encompasses all stages of the project planning and implementation process.

Notes

Sections 841, 842, and 843 require you to register in the month prior to the course start date. Registration for these courses closes end of day on the last business day of the month before the course starts.

Each course equals either 45 hours of Project Management education hours towards a PMI® certification or if you have your PMP®, 45 PDUs.
