Risk and control management is of vital importance to an organization in ensuring positive outcomes. Students explore risk management, starting with planning for risk management, identification and quantification of risks, preparation of risk response strategies and monitoring risk factors. Through group discussions and applied exercises students develop an understanding of the functions of quality assurance, control and improvement in projects.

Notes

Sections 841, 842, and 843 require you to register in the month prior to the course start date. Registration for these courses closes end of day on the last business day of the month before the course starts.

Each course equals either 45 hours of Project Management education hours towards a PMI® certification or if you have your PMP®, 45 PDUs.
