Hilary Samuel
Hilary is an expert in transformative learning and transitioning through change. As an Organizational Development Consultant, Hilary crafts programs which operate at individual, team and organizational levels. She has taught on four continents and has worked with people from all walks of life and a diversity of cultures.
Engaging clients in a process of “catalyst-thinking”, Hilary facilitates insightful thinking to discover opportunities, question assumptions and cultivate a solution-focused mindset. She has worked with a wide variety of industries including high tech, manufacturing, service, finance, health and not-for profit as well as municipal, provincial and federal governments. Hilary offers workshops and consulting services through her company Catalyst Mind.
