Canerector Foundation Scholarship
We will be awarding the Canerector Foundation Scholarship in the Skilled Trades to students entering level 1 programs in manufacturing, transportation and construction – industries currently undergoing a labour shortage across Canada. This is not just a monetary award but rather a mentoring program to give the student the resources and guidance necessary for achieving excellence in education and optimal success in building a lifelong career in the skilled trades.
The Canerector Foundation is a registered, non-profit Canadian charitable organization founded in 2019. The foundation has donated more than $2.7 million to worthy Canadian charities in the housing, education, food insecurity and healthcare sectors nationwide and worldwide.
Canerector Inc. grew from a small team of tradesmen to the large group of companies it is today and strives to give back to the communities that have supported us.
Awards
- Canerector Foundation Scholars will receive an initial value of $1,000 applied toward student accounts.
- Scholars who mentor current and prospective students in skilled trades; participate in co-curricular activities; and maintain a minimum of 3.0 grade point average will be awarded an additional $1,000 per term, up to a maximum of $4,000.
