Workday Mobile App Installation Instructions
You can check your pay slip, request time off, enter time worked and complete other tasks through the Workday Mobile app for phones and tablets. Click on your mobile operating system below for installation instructions.
Note: While many Workday tasks are available through the mobile app, it does not have the full functionality of the Workday web-based application. Using the web-based application from a desktop or laptop is recommended for more complex tasks.
Workday App for iOS Devices
- Go to the App Store on your iOS device, search for the “Workday” app, and install it.
- Once installed, open the “Workday” app. The first time you log in, you will be presented with a prompt: “Enter or scan your Organization ID”. The organization ID is “Algonquincollege”. Once entered press the arrow button.

You will be redirected to the College’s single sign-on site. Sign in using your Algonquin College e-mail address, then press “Next”
- You will be redirected to input your username and password to sign in.
- You may then be prompted to input your multi-factor authentication code (more information can be found here)
- You will now be redirected to the Workday home page on your iOS mobile device.
Workday App for Android Devices
- Go to the Play Store on your Android device, search for the “Workday” app, and install it.
