My Tasks, the Workday Inbox – How to search, choose your display preferences, and create filters for your Workday tasks.
If you have items related to recruitment, including Screen Candidate, Interview, or Reference Check, for positions that are now filled, Workday Support is working behind the scenes to clean these up. For: Old Data Changes, Hires, Transfers, Benefit Changes and Start Additional Job Tasks, please contact Human Resources for assistance by e-mailing: Humanresources@algonquincollege.com For: Old Supplier Requests, please enter in the Comments section that you want it to be cancelled and click “Submit“. Purchasing will cancel this task when they receive it and read your comment. Outlook email notifications are particularly useful if you don’t access Workday frequently. By setting up the notification, you’ll know when your manager has sent a Time Entry or Time Off request back for changes or, as a manager, when an employee has sent you an item to approve.
