At all levels and in all corners on each campus of the College, there are countless ways to become engaged by leading and participating in activities and initiatives.

Our common sustainability understanding and vision is found in the Primer on Sustainability at Algonquin College. This quick 10-minute read provides a starting point to understand sustainability and how it applies to you.

Employees and students can work towards a shared understanding of sustainability by investing less than one hour’s time and completing the online learning module “Introduction to Sustainability. Part I“.

Take Action

Teams and individuals within the Algonquin community, some of them profiled in our Faces of Sustainability, Case Studies and Success Stories are fueling action and driving positive change.

Students can become engaged with the AC Green Team, a volunteer program designed to promote a wider understanding of the basics of the many ways students can have a positive impact on our journey towards a Sustainable Algonquin.
