Algonquin is Green, Lean, and Thriving
Algonquin College’s Strategic Plan for 2017-2022 outlines a bold path for the institution.
Sustainability is one of six goals serving as tenants to carry Algonquin College into the future.
As the institution focuses on its mission ‘to transform hopes and dreams into lifelong success’, sustainability acts as an underpinning strategy alongside others, such as aligning business processes for continuous improvement, building a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, and embracing Indigenous ideas, knowledge and culture.
Many of the tools and resources in the Sustainability Toolkit are intended to help make the connection to these other important institutional initiatives.
