Are exams stressing you out? Do you struggle with anxiety before or during tests? You’re not alone! Join this Test Anxiety Workshop in the AC Hub on Wednesday, April 9 from 1 pm to 2:30 pm to learn practical tools and strategies to manage stress and boost your confidence!
This interactive session includes guided relaxation exercises, group discussions, and practical tips to help you feel more in control before your next exam.
What to expect:
- Understand what test anxiety is and why it happens
- Learn effective study habits, time management, and relaxation techniques
- Practice mindfulness and breathing exercises that will help you stay calm during exams
- Learn about and access academic success resources and support on campus
