It’s a busy time in the semester, with midterms, assignments, and finals approaching. To achieve your academic goals, you must also maintain your physical and mental wellness. It is especially important to prioritize sleep.
Health Services wants to help you get a good night’s sleep by providing a sleep hygiene workshop. We will give you tips to improve your sleep, teach you how to create a sleep routine and learn how to maintain it, all while enjoying a wonderful cup of tea. Health Services will be providing all the tools and resources. All you need to bring is your curiosity and a desire to improve your physical and mental wellness.

Open to current Algonquin College students only. Advanced registration is required. Students must register by Wednesday, October 27, in order to receive materials by the event date. Those who register after October 27 may receive materials at a later time.
