Mindfulness Hour

Do the winter blues have you down? Are you feeling overwhelmed by all the “noise” around you? Join us at Mindfulness Hour every Tuesday in the Spiritual Centre to learn how to calm your mind and decrease stress with guided mindfulness sessions!

Event Schedule:

  • January 23 and 30
  • February 6, 13, and 20
  • No mindfulness sessions on Mid-Term Break (February 26 to March 1)
  • March 5, 12, and 19

Open to all Algonquin College students. No experience necessary.
