Mindfully Me

Are you interested in learning about mindfulness, self-reflection, and personal
growth?
Mindfully Me is a free, structured therapeutic program that combines mindfulness with internal awareness of the many parts of us that want to experience personal growth. Mindfulness helps us become more present for pleasant moments in life and helps us learn to respond with awareness when experiencing difficulties rather than automatically responding.
Program details:
- Meetings will take place on Tuesdays from 10 am to 11:30 am, February 18 to March 18.
- You must be able to attend for the full 5 weeks (1 time per week).
- All students (part-time, online, full-time) are welcome to reach out to see if this group is a good fit for you. There will be a screening process.
- This group is free.
- This is a virtual group that meets on Zoom.
