This Mental Health Awareness Week, join us for a FREE comedy show on January 22 between 5 pm and 7 pm in the Observatory (Room A170)!
“Got Land?” Comedy is a stand-up Indigenous comedy show, where First Nation, Inuit, and Métis entertainers tell jokes and share individual life stories. “Got Land?” Comedy was created to express solidarity with humour. All genres of comedy are welcome and expressed.
“Our goal is to perform across Turtle Island, aka North America, for all Indigenous and non-Indigenous persons alike. Indigenous comedy is unique, funny, and informative. Eh, but some of us just tell jokes.”
Important Ticket Info:
- Tickets guarantee entry until 5:15 pm. Entry is not guaranteed after that.
- Seats will only be reserved for pre-registered ticket holders for 15 minutes once doors open. Entry will be determined on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- A ticket does not guarantee entrance to the event. Make sure to arrive early.

Open to all Algonquin College students. Tickets are FREE but must be claimed in advance to claim a spot. Tickets are available online and at your Students’ Association box office.
