Counsellor-Led Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

In this group, you will work on developing skills to:
  • Tolerate painful emotions
  • Learn to regulate your emotions
  • Learn skills to help you improve your relationships; with others and self
  • Gain core mindfulness skills that will help you understand yourself and your emotional responses.
Program details:
  • Meetings will take place Wednesdays, from 2 pm-3:30 pm starting September 25 until December 18 (12 weeks).
  • This is an in-person group.
  • This group is free.
  • This group does meet during mid-term break week (October 23)
  • Space is limited.
  • This group takes place in E333 (Counselling Services, 3rd floor, Student Commons). Please check in with the Welcome Centre when you arrive.
