Health Services wants to help you balance your academic life and your general well-being! Our group of Health Promoters are here to listen to you and to provide resources to help you improve your general health and wellness.

Every Wednesday from 1:00pm-2:00pm starting June 7, we will talk about one of the six pillars of health:

  1. General Health
  2. Sleep Hygiene
  3. Nutrition and Fitness
  4. Sexual Health
  5. Mental Health
  6. Harm Reduction and Substance Use

Bring your questions and come chat with us! Students can expect to walk away with new resources, tools, and of course amazing swag and gifts!

Open to all current Algonquin College students and employees. No registration is required.
