Working with Emotions

Are you being ambushed by your emotions?

Join this counselling group to develop and learn practical skills to manage intense emotions and reduce emotional suffering! The sessions are structured around the core Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Modules that help you:

  • Tolerate painful emotions
  • Learn to regulate your emotions
  • Learn skills to help you improve your relationships with others and self
  • Gain core mindfulness skills that will help you understand yourself and your emotional responses

Program details:

  • Meetings will take place on Wednesdays between 2 pm and 3 pm, from January 22 to February 19
  • This is an in-person group
  • This group is free
  • Space is limited – register early!
