Counsellor-Led Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

In this group, you will work on developing skills to:
- Tolerate painful emotions
- Learn to regulate your emotions
- Learn skills to help you improve your relationships; with others and self
- Gain core mindfulness skills that will help you understand yourself and your emotional responses.
Program details:
- Meetings will take place Wednesdays, from 2 pm-3:30 pm starting September 25 until December 18 (12 weeks).
- This is an in-person group.
- This group is free.
- This group does meet during mid-term break week (October 23)
- Space is limited.
- This group takes place in E333 (Counselling Services, 3rd floor, Student Commons). Please check in with the Welcome Centre when you arrive.
