How To Staple

Ricoh IM600SRF and C400SRF printers located within employee resource rooms include stapling functionality.
To staple documents, from the Print menu, click on Printer Properties, then select the stapling option from the drop down menu.

How To Punch

To punch documents, from the Print menu, click on Printer Properties, then select the Finishing tab, then select the punching option from the drop down menu.

How To Select Colour Mode

To select Colour or Black and White printing, from the Print menu, click on Printer Properties, then select the Basic tab, then select the desired option from the Color Mode drop down menu.

How To Select Single Or Double Sided Printing

To select single-sided or double-sided printing, from the Print menu, click on Printer Properties, then select the Basic tab, then select the desired option from the 2 Sided drop down menu.

How To Select The Bypass Tray

To use the Bypass tray when printing, from the Print menu, click on Printer Properties, then select the Basic tab, then select Bypass Tray from the Input Tray drop down menu.

How To Select Paper Sizes

The default paper size for AC Print is Letter (8.5″ x 11″). To select a different paper size, from the Print menu, click on Printer Properties, then select the Basic tab, then select the desired page size from the Document Size drop down menu.

Letter (8.5″ x 11″) paper is available on all campus printers. Tabloid (11″ x 17″) & Legal (8.5″ x 14″) are available on select printers only. Be sure to check the available paper sizes in the printer you wish to use before releasing your print job.
