How to Scan to Email


Learn how to scan your document and send it to your Algonquin College email address as an attachment.

1. Tap your AC card, or use your College network credentials, to log into the printer.
2. Select Scan.
2 a. If you are a staff or faculty member, you will need to select the budget code you wish to use before proceeding to scan your document.
3. If you wish, you can edit the email subject line and file name.
4. Select Settings to adjust duplex mode, page size, page orientation, file type, resolution and colour mode as needed.
5. Place your original on the copier glass, or into the document feeder and select Start Scanning.
