About PaperCut

PaperCut is the print management software used at Algonquin College, and is needed in order to be able to print on campus. PaperCut is how employees pay for printing on campus printers with their department budget codes and it is installed on all employee desktop and laptop computers by default.

If you are missing PaperCut on your desktop or laptop, or if you do not see the correct budget code when you print, please contact ITS for assistance.

How To Access Your PaperCut Account

You can access your PaperCut account online from any web browser and review your print activity including transaction history, environmental impact, budget code access, and more. If you are logging in from a wireless device while on campus, please make sure that you are connected to the AC Secure wireless network first. To access your PaperCut account from home, you will need to be connected to the College VPN.

How To Review Your Printing History Using PaperCut

Algonquin College employees can access their PaperCut accounts online to review activity their including transaction history, environment impact, budget code access, and more. Within your PaperCut account, you may cancel print jobs, export reports on activity, and find links to Print Services websites including The Print Shop Online, as well as to Card Services to add AC Cash to your employee card.
