Building the Future: Capabilities and Systems Required for Achieving our 2025-2030 Strategic Goals

This culminating session will build on the ideas identified in the previous five sessions. Using an open space format, employees will explore the capabilities, management systems and people supports needed for Algonquin College to successfully deliver on its most important strategic goals. Employees will engage in dynamic, participant-driven discussions across multiple breakout spaces, sharing insights and ideas that will inform the Strategic Plan Working Group (SPWG). The session will conclude with a plenary where key takeaways will be shared, helping to shape the College’s path toward its 2025-2030 objectives.
