Engaging community members in a dialogue about the future direction of the College, activities including discussion circles, meetings, interviews and town halls will be scheduled.
Set the Direction
Making strategic choices and drafting a new Strategic Plan for public consultation with a final version presented to the Board of Governors in June 2025.
Build the Future
With a new, approved Strategic Plan, we will be looking to the entire institution to make it come alive and direct actions to advance the new strategic directions.
