Algonquin College Racecar built by Motive Power Students at Algonquin College

Algonquin College’s Racecar makes its debut.

Recently completed, the Algonquin College Racecar is a 2001 Firebird that has been rebuilt “from the ground up” by students in the Motive Power Technician program with help from students in some of the other automotive apprenticeship programs at the college. The Algonquin College Racecar made its debut at the 25th Annual Brockville Automotion car show on July 31rst. The Algonquin College Racecar will be featured at upcoming events around the college and at other car shows throughout the year.
