Book a Room
Available classrooms can be booked for use by students, faculty, and staff through the Registrar’s Scheduling Office. Just complete the appropriate form listed below, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Dedicated space may be booked through the Registrar’s Scheduling Office with the permission of the School that is assigned primary accountability for the space.
Student Booking
If you need space to work on campus. Here are your options:
- Any available common, open spaces (i.e., 3rd floor in C building, ACCE stairway, the Library, 2nd floor of DARE, AC Hub, etc.)
- The Library is offering smaller and more private space. Please book through the AC Library Booking system.
- The Students’ Association also offers study space in the Student Commons, if you’d like to book you can do so in person at WE114 (the Students’ Association Main Office) or you can call at (613)727-4723 ext. 7711. Other meeting rooms are available through the Students’ Association please book online.
- If you want/need something quieter, you can book one of our Shared Space / Classrooms. You can book using the button below.
Faculty/Staff Booking
Algonquin Faculty and Staff have a few methods to book space:
- Book a meeting/boardroom via Outlook using the General Room Booking Inventory
- Book a classroom through the Registrar’s Office using the link below
- Drop in to the Employee Learning Exchange (ELX) – 1st floor DARE District for available, open spaces
External Booking
Located in the Nation’s Capital, Algonquin College boasts many in-demand meetings & event spaces that cater to small groups as well as groups up to 1000 people. They also offer seasonal on-site summer accommodations on the campus from May to August. Their exquisite food service and on-site catering is provided by an Executive Chef and his team, which caters to all tastes and budgets. Eat, meet and sleep on campus!
