The Registrar’s Office completes your initial registration. You may be able to make changes in ACSIS using the Drop/Add/Transfer function. If this function is not available, please contact your academic school or program representative as this means academic approval to make changes is required.

Timetable Change Period
Some programs have varying timetable change dates. Please check your timetable on ACSIS for the official dates.
- Fall 2024 – August 7 to September 3, 2024
- Winter 2025 – December 6 to January 6, 2025
- Spring 2025 – April 7 to May 5, 2025

Note: If your status changes to full-time or part-time as a result of changes to your initial registration, your fees will be reassessed and adjusted according to the published fee schedule.

Program Withdrawal
If you are thinking about withdrawing from your program, you must follow the official procedure and withdrawal dates. Failing to show up for class does not constitute withdrawal and can adversely affect your marks and any refunds.
