Important Note for Tuition Payments
Paying by Flywire (outside Canada) and by credit card via ACSIS (in Canada) are the fastest ways to have your funds reach your student account. Flywire can reach your account within 2-3 business days. Credit card payments are instantly applied to your account.
Online payments can take 5-10 business days to reach your account and may be too late for your fee due date. If paying by telephone, it is important to note that the telephone lines can be busy for extended periods.
If you cannot pay by the deadline, contact the Admissions team immediately by posting a comment on MyAC (the International Application Portal) or via your agent if you have one. You may receive an extension or you may be placed on a waiting list and notified if a seat becomes available again. You DO NOT need to post on the portal if you HAVE paid your fees unless you have been expressly requested to do so by the admissions officer in your application. Your account will be automatically updated.
Tuition Payment Receipts are available via Flywire if you paid via Flywire, or on your ACSIS account if you paid with a credit card or direct deposit. These receipts are all that is required by IRCC for study permit applications and extension applications. The college does not issue additional receipts.
If your study permit is refused, you may request a refund, within 5 days of receipt, by uploading the Study Permit refusal letter from the Visa Office in MyAC Application Portal, or via your agent if you have one.
