Transcripts & Archives

For full-time students, past or present, Student Copy Transcripts can be printed or downloaded by logging into ACSIS and selecting “View/Print Student Copy Transcript” (as shown below)
For part-time students, Student Copy of Grades can be printed or downloaded by logging into ACSIS and selecting “View Grades”.

Student copy transcripts and Student Copy of Grades downloaded from ACSIS can be used for:

• Employment Opportunities
• OSAP Purposes
• Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) for International students Learn more about PGWP requirements
• Academic Portfolios
• Reimbursement for Course Tuition Fees

If you need help accessing your student copy transcript in ACSIS please submit a case.

Official Transcripts are required when applying to other Post-Secondary institutions.
Official transcripts can be sent by e-mail to a third party, such as post-secondary institutions and other governing bodies. Official transcripts can only be requested by the student or graduate.

We’ve updated the process to request an Official Transcript. Here’s how you do it:

1. Go to the Create a Case link.
2. Sign on using your AC email or Google account, or create an account using a different email (if you’re already signed in, you will skip this step).
   
3. Select ‘Forms’ from the Topic List and ‘Transcript Requests’ as the Category.
   
4. Complete all the relevant/required fields and attach any documents.
5. Submit!
