Note: If you’re facing a maintenance emergency (flooding/water leak, no power, etc.), please reach out to front desk immediately at +1 613-727-7698.

If your room requires maintenance, you can submit a request by following these steps:

Step 1:

Login to the residence portal.

Login To Residence Portal

Step 2:

Click on the maintenance tab.

Step 3:

Click on New Job.

Step 4:

Select the appropriate room.

Step 5:

Select “Maintenance Request” under Job Request and “Maintenance Required” under Job Request Item.

Step 6:

Describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Step 7:

Click on Submit.
