The wi-fi and other technology at residence (phone, printers, routers, etc.) is managed by the college IT Support, not the residence maintenance department.
If you are facing any issues with your ACIS account or accessing the wi-fi/room phone, you can reach out to ITS at 5555@algonquincollege.com or +1 613-727-4723 x5555. Make sure to provide your student number and your room number along with device information in your email/tickets.
The wi-fi network at the residence “ACSecure” can be accessed using your ACIS credentials. “ACGuest” wi-fi network is available for the visitors.
