Discussion Paper: Thinking about RCM for Algonquin College (2013)

This feasibility study was prepared by Dr. Robert Zemsky (the Learning Alliance for Higher Education, University of Pennsylvania) and addresses three fundamental questions:

  • How will full RCM differ from Algonquin’s current use of RCM principles?
  • What are the major decisions Algonquin must make in order to transition to full RCM?
  • How will authority and responsibility be divided across departments?
