Implementation Committee
The Implementation Committee consists of a group of Algonquin College employees with the representation of departments from across the College community.
Their subject-matter expertise and demonstrated understanding of the work involved means the R3 Project has a dedicated committee with a desire to improve processes and challenge the status quo.
Because this 23-person committee includes college-wide representation, each member has high internal visibility and is known as a key change agent and stakeholder advocate. They continuously participate in meetings as well as in R3 communication events and activities. They also cascade and gather feedback from their peers.
The Implementation Committee members are available to answer questions from colleagues, specifically when it’s related to the project plans:
Sample question topics for Implementation Committee members:
- When will we be reviewing the Admission process?
- I’ve heard that we are improving business processes. How does this work?
- What types of decisions have been made?
