What are your in-store hours?
You can check our current hours here.
How will I know when my order is ready?
A notification email will be sent whenever your job status changes to “Completed”. This status means your order has been completed and will be processed according to your selected Delivery Method. See below table for interpretation based on your selected delivery method.

Which username and password do I use to login?
You can use your regular Algonquin College network account username and password.
What is the best type of file to upload to The Print Shop Online?
PDF’s are the most reliable format for printing. When you upload other formats, such as Word, we could run into problems with fonts and text reflow. When non-PDF files are uploaded to The Print Shop Online, we cannot guarantee the document you submitted for print will have the same properties as your original.
What methods of payment do you accept?
For student or employee personal printing orders, we accept Mastercard and Visa.
For orders through The Print Shop Online for Algonquin College Departments, we currently accept Internal Budget Codes for Algonquin College employees and faculty.
In-person we accept all major credit cards, cash and Interac.
