No matter what the training requirement, when or where these three remarkable ladies can always be counted on by the entire ACCT team to deliver exceptional operational support and customer service to the hundreds of clients and many trainers we serve annually. In addition to dependably delivering on the many unique operational needs of hundreds of training events in multiple locations locally at our downtown training centre, throughout the Ottawa region, nationally and internationally, they also support the successful delivery of multiple marketing and promotional events. At the same time, they can be depended on to complete the high volume of billing, reconciliations, and reporting associated with these many training activities.
This extraordinary team of ladies often go above and beyond the call of duty, they are continuously balancing the needs of individual sales consultants who they support, but often called upon to liaise with clients, instructors, etc – one key situation where they drop what they were doing and react was a situation where we had a client organize a custom training session at an off-site location, a call came in early in the morning of the session, and they were short some materials because a few extra individuals showed up – without hesitation they immediately jump into action ~ get the extra materials printed, missing supplies and walk the materials over to the location (because it was quicker than a courier) – and deliver them with a Smile!
ACCT’s success could not be achieved without the courteous, friendly and helpful support of this amazing trio. Their commitment to the College’s values of Caring, Learning, Integrity and Respect and delivering outstanding service excellence is clearly evident.
