As one of the first faces and voices that our students encounter, Kamal presents a professional and competent attitude with unfailing courtesy that never fails to impress and reassure. But beyond that first impression Kamal also fills many essential roles as a Client Service Officer and does so with incredible dedication.

I’ve heard students remark that Kamal was as much a sounding board and good listener as she was competent and efficient as well. Kamal makes new students and staff feels welcome as she efficiently helps them with their inquiries. Her calming, warm and welcoming demeanor is a great asset to the Registrar’s Office.

Kamal has a warm smile and a contagious laugh. When dealing with Kamal you are treated with upmost respect and integrity which are qualities that are valued at the College. She always makes herself available if you have an inquiry and is quick to get things resolved for you as quickly as possible. This is a tribute to her work ethic! You know if you ask Kamal, it will be done!

Even when she’s under a great deal of stress and deadlines are due, Kamal resonate a sense of peace and calmness which is unsurpassable. She demonstrates of commitment and dedication to Client Service, people like Kamal are gems and it’s with gratitude of her work that I would like to nominate her for a Presidents’ star.
