It is my pleasure to nominate Doug Wotherspoon for a President’s Star Award.

Under his leadership, the Advancement department’s work has been groundbreaking. His passion for student success is infectious and he pushes his coworkers to always strive for excellence in their work.
I would like to recognize Doug for his tireless commitment to the College and “sky’s the limit” way of thinking. He comes to work every day with a purpose and that purpose is to make the best decisions for the College and its students.

Doug’s success and ultimately his great value can be measured by the calls from universities across the world phoning in to sing their praise for his professionalism and expertise in webinars he’s hosted.

Doug personifies dedication to lifeline learning. He recently completed his MBA and is using this achievement to initiate success after success for the College. Not only is Doug a great thought leader, his positive and respectful attitude make him a role model for those of us who have the privilege to work with him.

I believe that Doug is so deserving of this recognition and I am confident that he will continue to initiate success for our College.
