Wendy Ratcliffe
Registrar’s Office
Wendy Ratcliffe is a star in our eyes; she always provides excellent service not only to the Faculty and Staff but to the students in Community Studies. She is our go to person when we need help or direction No matter how busy she is she is always there to help us or point us in the right direction.
“Wendy always goes out of her way to help both faculty and students. Even when extremely busy, she finds the time to help and does it with a smile.”
“The “administrative hoops” involved in being a College student can be very confusing and overwhelming. Sometimes students arrive in our office, frustrated, stressed and, at times, in tears. We can always say that our “Angel” in the Registrar’s Office can figure this out”. Wendy responds in a timely fashion with good, accurate information that is always helpful to the student.
Wendy’s knowledge has also helped train others in their new roles. She usually has the answers and able to steer others in the right direction. It doesn’t matter how many times she’s called, she always responds with patience and kindness – which is greatly appreciated.
Truly, what would we do without her!
