Andrea Emery

It was midday on a Friday afternoon and we had a Graphic Design emergency. With a deadline looming and plenty of work already on the go (without counting this new, unexpected addition to the work day), we weren’t sure how it was all going to get done. That was when we knew we had to call in the big guns.

After a short phone call to Andrea Emery, I let out a sigh of relief. The day was saved! Andrea agreed to pitch in and, after a few short hours, our little project was flipped upside down (for the better!). We had a fancy new letterhead and our project was now ready for primetime.

It was not too long after I found myself asking Andrea for help again. Recently, I heard of a great story about a Graphic Design alumni who had designed a logo for a local company but I was having trouble figuring out who it was. Despite the somewhat vague details, Andrea promptly got back to me and promised to look into it. Ultimately, we got to the bottom of it and we were able to share a great story about one of our graduates.

Major kudos to you, Andrea, for your excellent quality of work, fabulous work ethic, and great customer service! I know Andrea helped us without any thought of reward as she took on these tasks in support of the Public Relations and Communications Office, but her hard work is worthy of both recognition and praise.
