Over the 6 years I’ve been working at Algonquin College, Gordon Esnard has prominently shown consistency, professionalism and outstanding service towards the students and the college community.

Recently I contracted the College’s Banquet Service for a personal function.  With Gord’s leadership, the service delivery was close to if not perfect.

He constantly displayed integrity and respect towards his staff, who are mainly International Students learning English at the College.

I noticed him going over and above his "managerial" duties by ensuring that after the function closed, he drove each of his students home at 3:00 A.M.!

This shows outstanding leadership. As a colleague, I deal with Gord on a daily basis in matters relating to other than full time staff, and he always demonstrates respect and professionalism in delicate situations.

Needless to say, his commitment to providing Algonquin  outstanding service for 35 years speaks for itself!
