Learning Centre Grand Opening

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Algonquin College Learning Centre – our new, innovative home for corporate training in Ottawa’s vibrant downtown.

This Centre reflects our commitment to meet the growing need for lifelong learning.

Companies are looking for solutions to develop, adapt and innovate their workforce. And individuals are looking to retrain and reskill – whether re-entering the workforce, looking to secure that promotion, or pursuing a passion.

We want people to know that Algonquin College is not only a place to prepare for their first career – but perhaps their second or third careers.

Space matters. Places matter.

Algonquin College was located downtown before – just not in a prominent, highly-visible location. We had an opportunity to change that when our lease came up. Through the hard work of our team, we secured this location and made this stunning new space a reality.

This Learning Centre is a manifestation of our agility, our dynamism and our vibrancy.

This space is designed to support the ever-changing demands of the modern workforce – with a flexible working environment that emphasizes digital teaching tools, networking and collaboration.

Businesses are being challenged to continuously adapt and improve – to create opportunities for employees to grow or chart a new path within their organizations. Algonquin College is here to help meet that challenge every step of the way.
