Today, customer service has evolved to prioritize personalized support, requiring representatives to develop advanced skills in sales and assistance. Technological advancements drive the demand for real-time solutions, significantly impacting Ontarians customer service roles.
This Excellence in Customer Service program introduces potential customer service representatives to the fundamentals of customer service, while highlighting specific methods for communicating and dealing with patrons effectively. Participants will learn strategies for meeting high customer expectations with fast, flexible, and individualized service, recognizing a CSRs pivotal role for companies facing ongoing challenges.
