Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Perform general maintenance tasks such as residential & commercial handyman services, window and door installations, rental property maintenance, tree removal & wood chipping, honey do lists, flooring, drywalling, painting, carpentry, garbage runs, stairs & docks
– Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
– Repair or replace damaged components
– Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
– Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
-Willing to travel to jobsites

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
– Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
– Proficient in using hand and power tools
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Excellent time management and organizational abilities
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or with a team
– Excellent communication skills
-Must have valid drivers license and vehicle
-Must have own set of basic tools,
-Must speak English
