Our IT Services team at the Pembroke Campus is Here2Help! We offer a wide range of support for students and employees to ensure that your technology and information systems run smoothly.
What IT Services can help with:
- Student device configuration (make sure it works/initial setup/wireless connectivity)
- Access Network Credentials
- Help students log onto Algonquin College Student Information System (ACSIS)
- Access your student AC Live email account and Brightspace
- Get your AC Student Card (needed for printing on campus)
- Help with on-campus printing
- Available software for full-time students
- Software installation via Digital Resource Portal
- Create an Adobe Creative Cloud account – contact IT Services directly with your account request
- What’s AppsAnywhere? Example ArcGIS Pro, AutoCAD
- Remote network connection via Cisco Anyconnect and VPN
- Zoom Support
