Housing Tips
Here are some important things to consider when planning to live in the Pembroke Area:
- Start your housing search between March and June to ensure the most suitable accommodations are secured.
- Unless you have access to a vehicle, finding accommodations within walking distance of campus is the best option.
- Make sure you ask if the utilities are including or extra so that you can budget accordingly.
- Explore the area around your future rental location and plan for access to amenities like grocery stores, drug stores, eateries, laundry, etc.
Please note: there is no public transit in Pembroke, so your location is important if you do not have access to a vehicle.
