Job Description

Receptionist Duties
– Greet clients
– Answer telephone
– Prepare daily courier and mail
– order all office supplies
– add funds to the postal machine

Administrative support for group clients
– enter benefit claims (vision, dental, prescription)
– print and mail cheques for the claims
– process Group RRSP contributions
– filing
– process ongoing bi-weekly, and monthly contributions

Administrative support for Financial Advisors
– take calls/messages
– prepare documents as requested
– schedule appointments
– Prep and Maintain Files
– prepare, organize and send client statements.
– process client transactions, Transfers, PAC updates, address updates, beneficiary updates etc.
– maintain digital and client files.

Facilities Maintenance
– order supplies
– maintain general tidiness
– tidy up board room and meeting rooms after use
