How to Build a Culture of Privacy at AC

Do you ever wonder how organizations collect, use, store or disclose personal information?

When we talk about Data Privacy, it is about your right to protect your personal information.

Do you need to share sensitive and confidential information via email? A best practice when sharing sensitive information is to secure the document with a password, and share the password using another channel, or share the private link to the document with the specific recipient.

Are Zoom & Team meeting recordings really necessary? Make sure there is an essential need to record meetings. Inform all future attendees that a recording will take place in your invitation request. Ensure that sensitive and confidential files are not shared during this time.
