Employee Learning and Development Survey
The Integrated Employee Learning and Development Team, with members from the Centre for Organizational Learning (COL), Learning and Teaching Service (LTS), AC Online, and Corporate Training, are pleased to release the results of the college-wide Employee Learning and Development Survey (L&D Survey).
The results from this survey will be analyzed and leveraged to guide the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives, ensuring they are targeted, relevant, and aligned with the overarching goals and objectives of the College.
The results have already influenced the topic and structure of the upcoming 2024 Kaleidoscope Conference, and will serve as key insights to be utilized in the learning offerings from each area of the Integrated Employee Learning and Development Team.
About the Survey
The survey ran from February 7th to March 6th, 2024.
The survey was voluntary and confidential. All individual responses are kept confidential and only grouped results will be shared at the aggregate level.
Employees were asked to respond to the survey on behalf of their primary position or the position that they work the most scheduled weekly hours in.
Requesting Area Results
Algonquin College Leadership Team (ACLT) members may request their area’s results provided that confidentiality is not compromised. In order to protect respondents’ confidentiality, only area results with 10 or more responses will be shared AND there must be no identifying information. Open-ended responses will not be shared.
