Self-Identification
If you are interested in being a mentor:
- review the Criteria/Expectation/Qualities for Participation listed above;
- decide if this is an opportunity for you;
- complete the Request to Participant Form (Mentor) — it will be submitted to the Centre for Organizational Learning (COL), and they will notify successful participants if/when they are members of the mentor pool.
Matching
- The Center for Organizational Learning (COL) will match mentors with mentees based on:
-
- the information in the Request for Participation Form (Mentee/Mentor)
- the mentor’s strengths and areas of leadership expertise as compared to the mentee’s identified areas for growth
- The COL will communicate the pairings to all participants in the program as well as any other pertinent information
NOTE: The number of participants in the program will be dictated by the ability to match all mentees with mentors.
