Make Belonging Real in the Workplace

Research shows that leaders wrongly assume that their organizations are inclusive, overlooking the issues that affect their people, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds. This ‘perception gap’ leads to often unintended but harmful oversights. This 4:18 min video clip will overview three common barriers to belonging and help explain how to create an environment that supports belonging in the workplace.
